- Our eggs — FREE RANGE of course, to Freedom Foods standards — are laid by chickens who live only three miles away from us!
- While for our savoury tarts we use only CREAM of course, and fine cheeses such as Cropwell Bishop Stilton and Mature Cheddar from Parkham Farm in North Devon.
